管線式高剪切工作過程

1、在高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的轉(zhuǎn)子產(chǎn)生的離心力作用下，圖中的物料從工作頭的上進(jìn)料區(qū)域同時(shí)從軸向吸入工作腔。

2、強(qiáng)勁的離心力將物料從徑向甩入定、轉(zhuǎn)子之間狹窄精密的空隙中。同時(shí)受到離心擠壓、撞擊等作用力，使物料初步 分散乳化。

3、在高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的轉(zhuǎn)子外端產(chǎn)生至少15m/s以上的線速度，zui高可至40m/s，并形成強(qiáng)烈的機(jī)械及液力剪切、液層摩擦、 撞擊撕裂，是物料充分的分散、乳化、均質(zhì)、破碎、同時(shí)通過從徑向噴射出來。經(jīng)過一次處理或循環(huán)處理后zui終完成 分散、乳化、均質(zhì)過程。

4、或者在第二組轉(zhuǎn)子離心力的作用下，進(jìn)入第二個(gè)定、轉(zhuǎn)子工作區(qū)；再一次經(jīng)過定、轉(zhuǎn)子多層、密集、均勻剪切作用 后，從徑向噴射出來，在第三組轉(zhuǎn)子離心力的作用下，進(jìn)入第三組定、轉(zhuǎn)子工作區(qū)，完成分散、乳化、均質(zhì)等工藝工 程。經(jīng)過三組定、轉(zhuǎn)子一次處理后，是物料在zui短時(shí)間內(nèi)得到均勻地處理，zui終完成分散、乳化、均質(zhì)過程。
